How It Works
The Distribution Model
Solace/Luxury is offered exclusively through partner property managers. Guests don't engage SOLACE directly — their host arranges the request on their behalf, keeping the experience seamless within the rental.
The 48-Hour Standard
Standard tier prices apply when requests arrive with at least 48 hours' notice. Shorter lead times carry rush surcharges — $250 under 24 hours, $500 for complex same-day requests that move multiple vendors on the day of service.
Billing & Pass-Through
SOLACE charges one flat coordination fee, priced by complexity. All vendor costs, product costs, delivery, rental fees, and gratuities are pass-through — pre-funded by secure invoice, then fully itemized after the request is complete.
The SOLACE App
A private SOLACE app for ongoing guest requests, accessible through partner property managers. Submit requests from your phone, track confirmations, and stay ahead of your stay.

SOLACE/Luxury is a coordination service — we source, schedule, confirm, and follow through. We do not own vendor relationships on behalf of guests, replace property managers, or guarantee specific vendor availability. Requests are quoted only after vendor confirmation.
All pricing is for SOLACE coordination only. The cost of goods, services, deliveries, and gratuities are paid by the guest or property manager directly, and shown transparently on the receipt.
SOLACE will not negotiate vendor rates on the guest's behalf, accept gratuities or commissions from vendors, or share guest information beyond what is required to fulfill a request.
