A note on privacy.

What we collect

When you reach out through one of our forms, email, or a phone call, we receive only what you choose to share. That generally includes:

• Your name and how to reach you (email, phone)
• Where you are — the property, the facility, the home, the valley
• Context for the request — a family member's name, a relationship, a note about what matters
• For property managers and vendors: the trade you keep, your service area, your insurance carrier

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. The site does not currently use analytics. If that ever changes, this page changes first.

How we use it

We use what you share to do the work you've asked us to do — respond to your inquiry, plan thoughtfully, coordinate with the right vendors, and follow through. That is the whole of it.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with marketing partners. We do not build profiles. We do not enrich the data with third-party sources.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in two services that we use to run SOLACE day to day:

• Supabase — a secure database for receiving and holding inquiries
• Airtable — where we work with the information to coordinate and follow through

Both are reputable vendors with their own privacy protections. The website itself is served by GitHub Pages, which sees standard web request data (IP address, browser) only to deliver the page.

Vendors and partners

When a request requires a third party — a florist, a chef, a steward, a driver, a tradesperson — we share only what that vendor needs to complete the work on your behalf. Names, dates, locations, the specifics of the task. Never more than that.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what we have on file for you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your information from our records

Children

SOLACE services are arranged on behalf of adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has shared information with us by mistake, please let us know and we will remove it.

Updates

If anything in how we handle information changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes — anything that meaningfully alters what we do with your information — will be communicated to active clients directly.
