What Direct to Solace Is
The whole house. The whole season. Already in hand.
Direct to Solace is the most complete tier we offer — the household, the trades, the arrivals, the dinners, the small kindnesses, the quiet errands, the things that never make a list. Held under a single relationship, with a single line.
It is the rarest engagement we take, taken slowly and only by introduction.
What Is Included
Engagement
Engagements begin at a five-figure annual commitment. The retainer covers the household, year-round, with no per-request accounting. SOLACE is currently taking one new Direct household per year while the standard is being held.
A first conversation is the only way in.
How It Works
The Introduction
Direct to Solace is by introduction only — through an existing relationship, an existing client, or a quiet inquiry that becomes a first conversation. We do not run an open intake. We meet, we listen, we either fit or we don't.
The Retainer
A single monthly retainer covers the household across the year. No per-request accounting, no hourly billing, no escalating tiers. Vendor costs, materials, and gratuities pass through transparently — never marked up.
Family Inclusion
Children under eighteen living in the household are included by default. Adult family at the same address, or independently, are coordinated as a quiet add-on. Out-of-region travel during the engagement year is handled on a best-effort basis, with policy formalized after the first twelve months.
The Term
Twelve-month initial term. Sixty-day termination notice after the initial term. Within the initial term, early termination carries a fifty-percent remainder commitment. After Year One the relationship auto-renews unless either party closes it.
The Line
A 24-hour direct line to SOLACE. Not a switchboard. Not an inbox. A relationship — answered.
A Few Important Notes
Direct to Solace is a coordination relationship. SOLACE sources, schedules, vets, and follows through. The hands-on work — trades, deliveries, services — is performed by licensed and insured Flathead Valley specialists on the household's behalf.
The retainer covers SOLACE's coordination, year-round. Vendor costs, materials, gratuities, travel, and any third-party fees pass through to the household, quoted in advance and billed transparently. Never marked up.
Confidentiality is the standard. No client is discussed outside the engagement. No third-party referrals are made without explicit consent. Records are kept privately and destroyed at the end of the relationship if asked.
Geographic coverage: based in the Flathead Valley. Travel and away-from-home coordination is offered on a best-effort basis in Year One, formalized in policy thereafter.
A First Conversation
Tell us a little about the household — who is at home, who travels, what the year already asks of you. We will respond personally, and only when there is room.
