What Solace/Care Is
A standing kindness, on someone's behalf.
For families with a loved one in a Flathead Valley care facility — and for residents themselves who keep a private life that doesn't fit the facility's schedule. SOLACE/Care arranges the small ordinary kindnesses that don't fall to a nurse: the gift, the visit, the call to the salon, the birthday cake delivered on the right day.
Coordinated quietly. Confirmed early. Followed through — every time.
What We Coordinate
How It Works
$495 per month
A flat monthly arrangement that includes four standard non-medical coordination requests — gifts, salon scheduling, birthday arrangements, meal coordination, errands. Additional simple requests are $95–$125 each. Extended coordination is quoted separately. Vendor costs and purchases are pre-funded via secure invoice and itemized.
$650 Family Setup Fee
A one-time onboarding fee that covers the family intake call, household profile creation, emergency and family contact organization, preferred vendor notes, communication preferences, access details, care boundaries, and the first-month coordination plan. The setup does not count toward monthly requests.
The Cadence
Requests are taken in advance whenever possible — a 24- to 48-hour lead time is standard, with rush arrangements available for the genuinely time-sensitive. We confirm, we follow up, we report.
Family Liaison, Optional
For out-of-town family, quiet weekly summaries by email — birthdays remembered, anniversaries kept, the small notes that travel across distance.
The SOLACE App
A private SOLACE app for ongoing requests and confirmations — requests submitted, vendors confirmed, and everything in one clear view.

Solace/Care provides non-medical household and family coordination. We do not provide medical care, caregiving, medication management, transportation, clinical decision-making, or emergency response. We do not handle private funds beyond direct vendor coordination, and we do not make care decisions on behalf of a resident.
SOLACE/Care is independent — not affiliated with, employed by, or representing any care facility. We coordinate with facility staff as a respectful guest, on the resident's or family's behalf.
In keeping with Montana law, SOLACE/Care personnel are mandatory reporters under the Elder Abuse Prevention Act. Any suspected financial exploitation, abuse, or neglect will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
