The Monthly Retainer
$495
per month
Four standard household coordination requests included each month.
Onboarding
$750
A one-time onboarding fee covering the initial property walkthrough, seasonal service calendar setup, preferred vendor matching, emergency contact registry, and first month coordination.
Solace/Home Setup
from $3,500
For owners who want their home guest-ready without becoming their own project manager. Full coordination from intake through vendor sourcing, guest guide creation, and handoff. Projects from $3,500.
Additional Requests
$150–175
Additional standard requests beyond the four included are $150–$175 each. Project-based coordination, remodel oversight, and multi-vendor projects are quoted separately.
How It Works
Getting Started
We begin with a walk-through of your home, a conversation about your trades, and an intake of how you like things kept — then assemble the standing vendor list and the seasonal calendar. For owners who want the home fully guest-ready, Solace/Home Setup handles the whole project end to end.
The Monthly Cadence
Four household coordination requests each month, on whatever schedule the home asks for. A recurring cleaner. A seasonal task. A vendor confirmation. Anything beyond the four is arranged as needed.

Pass-Through Billing
SOLACE charges the monthly retainer. Vendor costs, materials, and labor are quoted before each engagement and billed transparently to the homeowner on the same invoice. We do not mark up trades.

SOLACE/Home is a coordination service — we source, schedule, vet, and oversee. The hands-on work is performed by licensed and insured Flathead Valley trades on the homeowner's behalf. We do not perform repair, cleaning, or maintenance work directly.
Pricing is for SOLACE coordination only. The cost of materials, labor, parts, and any vendor invoices are paid by the homeowner — quoted in advance, billed transparently, never marked up.
Subscriptions are month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation notice. Geographic coverage: Whitefish, Kalispell, Columbia Falls, Lakeside, Bigfork, and the Glacier corridor.
