Solace/Travel reservations are booked through Fora Travel, a licensed travel agency. Rates, deposits, cancellation terms, and payment are set by each hotel and supplier and confirmed before anything is booked.
Preferred-program benefits vary by property, program, and booking eligibility. They are extended at the hotel’s discretion and are never guaranteed.
Dining requests are confirmed with you before anything is booked. Any reservation fee, deposit, cancellation terms, or minimum spend set by the restaurant or booking partner is shared in advance. VIP Dining reservations are made through our booking partner, PRIMA, under its own terms.
