Solace/Home supports vendor coordination, home readiness, seasonal arrangements, and household follow-through. It complements property management and does not replace rental operations or hands-on vendor work.

Ongoing private arrangements

Direct to Solace is the ongoing relationship for broader home, family, and guest coordination, accepted by application with limited availability. Solace/Care provides non-medical life coordination for families with a loved one in a local care facility.

Solace/Luxury fees are based on request complexity: Simple $225 · Moderate $450 · Complex $750 · Signature from $1,250.

These are SOLACE coordination fees. Vendor services, groceries, flowers, tickets, delivery, and gratuities are separate, pre-approved, and itemized. Coordination fees are collected before work begins; vendor costs are pre-funded according to the approved quote.

Standard Luxury requests require at least 48 hours’ notice. When available, requests within 24 hours carry a $250 rush surcharge; complex same-day requests carry a $500 surcharge. Availability is confirmed for every request.
